RETURNS POLICY

Health and safety is one of our values. Our products are all carefully sealed.  You agree that due to the nature of our products and due to health and safety guidelines, we cannot accept any request of returns, exchanges or refunds of any unsealed and/or open products.

We cannot modify or cancel your order once it has been processed. Therefore please choose your item/s carefully.

We do not offer any refund, online store credit or exchange.

However, if a product becomes unavailable following a transaction or if a technical problem prevents or unreasonably delays the delivery of your product, then your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement or refund of the price, as determined at our sole discretion.

For the sake of clarity, please note that the “money back guarantee policy” mentioned on the sticker of some of our products, is applicable in South Africa only. Any other Country will be excluded.

Exceptions Non Returnable Items

Certain Types of items cannot be returned like supplements or perishable goods. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item

SHIPPING POLICY

PLACE YOUR ORDER AND CHECK OUT THAT’S IT !!

1.SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME & WHERE WE DELIVER

We, THE PET SITTER DOMESTIC PETS and THE PETSITTER FOR ANIMALS AND BIRD FEED TRADING (hereinafter “We “or “Us”) are happy to say deliveries can be made to all seven emirates! Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, RAK, Sharjah, Ajman and UAQ.

All orders are processed and delivered within 3-4 business days. For all the emirates other than Dubai, deliveries will be once a week.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your orders, we will contact you via email.

2.SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

All postage and handling charges are in AED, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping and handling charges 25 AED flat rate for domestic delivery, across all the seven UAE Emirates and unfortunately at this time we do not offer international delivery.

CAN I PAY WITH CASH?

Unfortunately, we do not offer COD (Cash On Delivery) at this time.

Delivery times:

Within the UAE is 2-4 business days* once the order is processed.

* Please note that business days do not include Fridays and UAE’s public holidays.

*Due to Covid-19, domestic orders may take up to a week.

*The above time is supplied to us by the courier  company.

3.SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

We are partnered with a third party courier therefore it is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address and contact details for shipping. If you have entered an incorrect address, or a wrong contact number, at checkout and it was delivered to the incorrect address, we are not liable for the mistake. No refund will be issued or re-sending of the order, as per our Refund Policy.

If the shipment is left unclaimed and returned to us, the cost of the second shipping attempt will be entirely borne by the customer and delivery charges of AED 25 will need to be handed over the courier at the time of delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

The courier will attempt to call you and arrange another time slot. Should you be unable to accept your order and would like to leave it outside of your home this can be arranged. Please note that we will not be responsible for any lost orders, missing items, damaged items, items left in the heat. You accept all responsibility of the order once your order is delivered

WHAT HAPPENS IF ONLY PART OF MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED?

If there are any missing items from your order, we ask that you please send us a detailed email to our team at [email protected]

WHAT HAPPENS IS IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH A PRODUCT IN MY ORDER?

In the event that something like this should happen, please refer to our returns policy. In the event that a package is undeliverable by the courier, the order will be cancelled and refunded once received

Please note that due to the unprecedented and unforeseen circumstances of the current COVID-19 pandemic, shipping times may be slightly longer in some cases. By visiting and purchasing through our website, you are agreeing and acknowledging to any shipping delays that are outside of our control.

4.DAMAGES

We are not responsible for any product lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive any damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please also save all packaging materials and damaged good before filing a claim.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right .If your shipment is damaged. Please take photos of all the damaged goods, boxes, packaging material, stickers, seals and contact us.
